We are looking for new team member to join our Talent Team in India. In this role you will learn about talent acquisition and support the talent partners to deliver best end to end recruitment experience.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage the employee engagement calendar - under the supervision of a HC Business Partner
  • Craft and organize fun engagement activities for employees
  • Design and run employee contests and competitions 
  • Provide support with various administrative tasks under the supervision of a HC Business Partner
  • Liaison with various HR teams internally and with external vendors as needed.  
  • Create content (written and visual) for pre and post engagement activity awareness and reporting 
  • Schedule and coordinate engagement events to ensure a great experience for employees
  • Coordinate, update and manage employee participation data and executing event feedback survey

What You'll Need

  • Candidates with degree studies in Business Administration or Human Resources – or may have already graduated
  • A well-defined interest in HR and Employee Engagement is essential, as is intermediate proficiency in the use of standard MS OFFICE such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement
  • An enthusiastic attitude toward Employee engagement
  • A genuine interest for communication and stakeholder experience
  • Strong and mature command of English, both verbal & written
  • A self-starter by nature, you will be highly meticulous in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent in quantitative aptitude, analytical skills as well as demonstrated passion to achieve results
  • Flexibility is considered equally important, together with the ability to prioritize and the capacity to allocate your working hours as efficiently as possible
