Title:  Principal Consultant - CorpTech

Arcesium is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Corporate Technology team. As a Product Manager with a background as a Business Analyst and exposure to Cloud technology, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and launch of our products. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and reporting on product progress to stakeholders. Your ability to conduct market research and analyze trends, combined with your strong technical background, will be crucial in making data-driven product decisions.

What You'll Do 

• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that technical aspects of the product are fulfilled, and that development efforts are aligned with the product vision.
• Actively work on proof of concept, identify risk with third-party products, and contribute to cost-benefit analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, sales, and marketing, to gather input, align priorities, and ensure successful product launches.
• Project Management: Create project plans, manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that risks are identified, creating mitigation strategies such that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather and effectively communicate product updates, progress, and key decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product decisions.
• Technical Background: Leverage your strong technical background to understand complex technical requirements and challenges related to cloud technology.
• Business Intelligence: Utilize hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI to generate insights and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• Skilled in PowerBI reporting.
• Knowledge on MySQL, Data Warehouse, Oracle, MongoDB and Cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
 

What You'll Need 

• 9+ years of work experience.
• A bachelor’s or master’s Degree 
• Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of cloud technology and related concepts.
• Experience in project management, including managing timelines and budgets for complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Evaluate and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist in designing and implementing solutions that align with business goals.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant software and tools.
