We are looking for a resourceful Global Immigration Senior Specialist/Manager for the Human Capital group based out of Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurgaon. The team would be responsible for the firm's global Immigration needs providing Strategic and Operational support for all Arcesium entities across the globe.

What You'll Do


  • Providing end-to-end Advisory & Operational support for all cross-border engagement deployments with primary focus on US, UK and India deployment
  • Serve as a SME for Internal teams/Business units to evaluate, design, measure, and monitor processes to ensure that process outcomes are in line with the firm’s goals.
  • Prepare and deploy mechanisms to enforce/track compliance to local immigration regulations across geographies.
  • Track Immigration legislation across geographies and analyze/highlight impact on the firm Immigration program
  •  Working closely with external vendors (Immigration, Tax), Monitor SLA’s and analyze adherence
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal Mobility and other process stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Tax, Legal etc.)
  • Actively developing solutions/processes to make the Immigration process more effective and efficient
  • Manage and present Immigration Data dashboards to Senior Management


What You'll Need


  • At least 5-8 years of relevant Immigration experience and a thorough understanding of immigration laws in the US, UK & India.
  • Good knowledge of MS office.
  • Should have worked on Immigration systems and being involved in implementation of such systems will be an additional advantage
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, detail-oriented aptitude and strong organizational skills are also essential for this role.
