Arcesium seeks a highly motivated Senior Manager - Learning and Development to join our Human Capital team. This person will be involved in strategizing and executing Learning and Development programs for our international offices.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements for our US and UK organization
- Identify current and future developmental needs at the departmental/ individual level
- Conceptualize innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental needs and capacity building, including identification of external training programs and conferences, the design and delivery of in-house training sessions, enrollment in e-learning programs, mentoring, coaching, self-learning, and other learning methods
- Create comprehensive L&D plan based on the developmental needs and methods identified
- Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes; provide thought leadership around program design and delivery
- Monitor and evaluate all methods of program delivery; make continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate
- Refine/design and organize new hire training programs to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new hires
- Refine existing systems and processes, and set up new processes as required, including preparing and tracking the annual L&D Budget; creating and updating the training calendar; tracking training attendance; capturing feedback on training programs and workshops attended.
What You'll Need
- The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in human capital with 5+ years in learning and development.
- The candidate should have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- The candidate must have high accountability with strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills. Strong communication skills and a critical thinking mind is essential.
