Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a Business Strategy, Senior Associate to join our Corporate team and work on projects that evaluate new business opportunities and create value within the financial technology industry. This position presents an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to be highly involved in shaping the success and future strategic direction of Arcesium.


-    Design and conduct primary and secondary research
-    Develop problem-solving frameworks to work through ambiguity
-    Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using advanced modeling techniques
-    Synthesize data and research into meaningful insights
-    Perform analyses, develop and test hypotheses, identify core issues, develop fact-based conclusions, and craft compelling recommendations  
-    Contribute to writing business cases, reports, proposals, and presentations in support of key stakeholder and management discussions and business decisions 
-    Own various project workstreams


-    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and an MBA is a plus
-    3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic and economic analysis
-    Strong data and analytical skills; comfortable manipulating and synthesizing large data sets
-    Strong communication skills (writing decks, delivering presentations), with strong attention to detail
-    A background in management consulting or corporate development at a mid-to-large sized organization, working on financial services or technology projects
-    Familiarity with a product-driven company considered a plus
