Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an experienced Deal Desk Manager to join our Sales Operations team, working with Sales and other stakeholders to price all new business.  In this role you will draw from your understanding of Arcesium’s solutions and the needs of sophisticated asset managers and financial services providers to create a commercial structure tailored to each opportunity that aligns the interests of Arcesium and the prospect.  


-    Design an end-to-end process from opportunity qualification to pricing approval 
-    Work with Technology and Financial Operations teams to establish pricing models for all “standard” solution sets
-    Establish a framework and cadence for periodic review and refresh of pricing models and rate cards 
-    Work closely with Pre-Sales and Solution Architects to assess incoming opportunities by engaging on solution design and applicable assumptions
-    Work with Sales to price opportunities and come up with a commercial framework that is consistent with established processes, and aligns Arcesium’s and prospects’ interests to the extent possible
-    Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends for SaaS and managed services solutions, gain expertise in the pricing approaches of our competitors, and consider changes to Arcesium’s pricing approach through this lens
-    Document the pricing process, inclusive of definitions of key terms, examples of use cases, and FAQs to streamline the sales process
-    Liaise with stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Management Team, Leadership, Product) to determine reporting requirements and develop a process to deliver and maintain such reporting accordingly


-    6+ years at a FinTech firm, fund administrator, or similar business in a role with exposure to day-to-day operations and functioning of asset managers
-    Experience creating new processes and/or process re-engineering with a focus on standardization and efficiency; tracking and reporting on KPIs to various stakeholders, including senior leadership
-    Experience managing medium to long-term projects while also having day-to-day responsibilities to execute operational responsibilities
-    Experience working directly with clients or in a role that requires delivery of output fit for consumption by clients
-    Clear and concise communicator with an ability to distill information down to salient points and action items along with impeccable attention to detail 


The expected annual base salary for this position is $125,000 to 150,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching. 


The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
