Position Summary
Arcesium seeks a Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team in Client and Partner Development. This role will be instrumental in the development and execution of Arcesium’s demand generation programs.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of end-to-end demand generation campaigns, including setting up nurture campaigns in our marketing automation platform, helping with setting up the distribution of the quarterly company newsletter, and supporting any other campaigns as needed.
- Support ABM programs including developing, running, and calibrating end-to-end campaigns (e.g., from creating the email draft to producing the email performance report) across several marketing channels.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Programs Manager to calibrate ABM programs based on feedback from the sales team including targeting challenges key personas face, ensuring all key personas are included in relevant campaigns, and creating new or adapting existing marketing initiatives to meet needs of targeted accounts.
- Manage and execute social media plan to support demand gen and ABM campaigns, including collaborating with the sales team to develop a LinkedIn Subject Matter Expert strategy and content plan.
- Stay abreast of comprehensive testing practices that include a wide variety of different elements, approaches, and media as part of campaign activities.
- Help with measuring campaign performance, ABM program progress, and overall marketing channel performance.
- Adhering to Marketing Calendar to help manage campaign workflow, cadence, and priorities.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Programs Manager to create compelling and consistent messaging for email and social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in technology or finance
- Must be familiar with Hubspot and Salesforce, or equivalent marketing automation and CRM systems
- Must have at least 1 year of ABM/ABX experience with demonstratable success
- Experience managing or running a wide variety of paid programs through Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Retargeting, and content syndication programs
- Experience with CMS, WordPress
- Experience with ABM platforms, Zoominfo, or Drift, a plus
- Strong project management skills, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- An unwavering attention to detail
The expected annual base salary for this position is $90,000-$130,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
