Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a talented Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team in Client and Partner Development. This role will be strategic in the development and implementation of the firm’s demand generation programs. 


- Plan, develop, and execute digital and demand generation programs to generate leads from prospects and existing clients that meet buyer profiles 
- Build multichannel campaigns (inbound and outbound) that align messaging to the target audience by segment and buyer journey
- Develop and execute campaign strategy for ABM, and ensure campaign effectiveness and conversion metrics towards pipeline, and report out on results 
- Develop and analyze metrics to improve efficiency, standardize procedures, enhance the execution of marketing campaigns, and provide program effectiveness reporting
- Work with demand generation coordinator to ensure all incoming leads are assigned a lead disposition and attached to an account, and existing contacts have an accurate disposition
- Support with the Managing of online channels including paid search (Google), paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), email campaigns, content syndication, etc.
- Create dashboards and reporting using Marketo, Salesforce and other tools to share performance marketing KPIs with other team members
- Own the Marketing technology stack, data flow and core ‘systems’ including lead scoring, and account scoring


- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing and demand generation
- Fluency with data, including market sizing, forecasting, and campaign measurement
- Strong omnichannel experience (paid media, paid social, email, direct mail, webinars, print)
- Knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, media and preferred understanding of technology industry
- Excellent communications and project management skills, including strong ad copy and email copy writing skills
- Experience managing large nurture programs and multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale
- Proficiency using Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other sales engagement tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Suite. Other marketing software and online application experience a plus (CRM, research platforms, CMS, etc.) 
- Strong multitasking, project prioritization, and deadline-orientation abilities required


The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus [guaranteed in the first year of hire], benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
