Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a talented Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be strategic in the execution and implementation of the company’s marketing function. As the Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the segment marketing plan for Arcesium’s top segment clients.


  • Playing an integral role in executing corporate marketing and brand strategy, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and positioning. 
  • Overseeing global event strategy and execution for conferences and industry events, as well as supporting internal events. 
  • Managing corporate communications including executive communications, social media, messaging development, Analyst/Influencer relations, and PR. 
  • Evaluating and making recommendations to increase corporate social media presence and visibility in support of Arcesium’s overall strategy.
  • Building thought leadership and drive the company's narrative and key messages, including rolling up your sleeves and writing communications materials, such as press releases, executive blogs, media pitches, op-eds, bylined articles, interview and event briefing documents, and executive talking points. 
  • Supporting the development and promotion of thought leadership and brand-building campaigns, engaging key audiences through multi-channel communications – including traditional media relations, video interviews and podcasts, and event and conference engagement.  


  • 7+ years of experience in corporate marketing at B2B SaaS based technology organizations, preferably in the FinTech space. 
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful B2B corporate communications, content, and brand campaigns. 
  • Experience leading the development of exciting and effective awareness and brand marketing campaigns that influence CxO buyers. 
  • Decisive but flexible, and able to perform and adapt quickly in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and fast-paced “get it done” environment. 
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision. 
  • Extremely self-motivated, with great time management skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Critical thinker, problem solver, with great interpersonal skills. 
  • Skilled and proven experience bringing new campaigns and ideas to life. 
  • History of successfully leveraging events as an effective platform for growth in awareness and demand generation. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications. 
  • Uses data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development. 
  • Ability to regularly represent Arcesium at events in the New York area and beyond.
  • 2-3 years management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing Communications, Journalism, or English Literature; an MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a plus. 


The expected annual base salary for this position is $90,000-$130,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.


The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
