Position Summary:

Arcesium seeks an exceptional intern to join our Forward Deployed team in Client and Partner Development. Forward Deployed team solves for a wide variety of high impact problems with sophisticated financial services clients. The goal of our summer internship program is to give exposure to a wide range of strategic projects to students with interest in technology and finance space. Both undergraduate and graduate students of all years are welcome and encouraged to apply. The intern will work with members of the Client & Partner Development team and/or product, as well as members of senior management. 

Responsibilities:

- Deconstruct client problems into their component parts, design scalable solutions in collaboration with other teams (e.g., Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Forward Deployed Data Strategists, and Product Managers)  
- Drive new product innovation and software development; suggest ways to reduce costs and improve processes
- Ability to works through problem statements objectively and come up with optimal solutions, both commercially and process wise.
- Keen interest in automating processes, and reduce operational overhead by eliminating manual tasks
