Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a proactive and resourceful Human Capital Generalist to join our Human Capital team. This individual will be responsible for supporting generalist activities including onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and contributing to high visibility projects that will shape the experience of all Arcesium employees. 

Responsibilities

-    Perform all day-to-day operational responsibilities related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing for our US and UK offices
-    Generate offer letter and employment agreements for all US/UK hires
-    Manage new hire orientation process and assist with the completion of new hire forms - including Form I-9.
-    Conduct compliance related and other regulatory audits
-    Assist in development and communication of human resource policies
-    Generate regular and ad hoc reporting, including EEOC and other compliance reporting
-    Participate in strategic HC projects across the entire lifecycle of Human Capital
-    Participate and manage implementation of HR systems, including an onboarding, offboarding, and core human resources database
 

Qualifications

-    1-3 years of relevant human resources experience
-    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
-    Human Resources Certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred
-    Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
-    Strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
-    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task efficiently with a high degree of accuracy
-    Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion
