Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a talented Implementation Project Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. This person will lead and manage complex client-facing and internal projects, as well as support the  senior members of the Implementation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of critical initiatives that will help Arcesium achieve its strategic goals and growth.


- Implement Arcesium products for new, large, and complex clients and periodically execute internal strategic projects 
- Review opportunity details with Sales staff to understand Arcesium’s value proposition for each new client, partner with internal stakeholders and clients to design implementation programs with solutions and milestones that are optimized for client’s from a time to value perspective and for Arcesium from a time to go-live perspective
- Evaluate the suitability of recommended solutions with all stakeholders, lead process-oriented problem solving and drive toward consensus on how best to deliver Arcesium’s products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to appropriately message project status, risks and objectives to senior client stakeholders 
- Oversee the creation and execution of deliverables for multiple client projects across a distributed, cross-functional team both internally and with clients within the scope and budget determined  
- Manage project risks pre-emptively to avoid escalations 
- Build and maintain implementation toolkits to achieve efficiencies and scalability as well as identify and recommend operational improvements to support scalability and growth


- The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of project management or consulting experience, preferably with a background in finance or technology
- Proficiency with project governance and experience delivering successful client solutions is a must, and previous work in data modeling is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, manage competing interests, and problem solve through a process orientated approach are prerequisites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to and persuade senior staff to engage with key initiatives and process improvements are required
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or finance/economics, with a strong record of academic achievement, and an MBA is a plus
