Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a highly seasoned Business Operations Strategy Lead to join our Corporate Team and play a key role building out their in-house operations and achieving excellence.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone to personally impact the firm’s strategic growth plans by shaping and influencing the strategy and development of the various functions, their operational set-up and outcomes, and in cultivating in-house resources and capabilities.


Working as a trusted partner within the COO’s team, you will deliver business, operations, and technology solutions for the firm. The initial areas of focus will be on operations strategy and execution, data analysis and intelligence gathering, operational improvements, and process efficiency/automation. You will inform executive leadership of decisions derived from insights drawn from your expertise and analysis. We are rapidly scaling and need someone with a “let’s roll up our sleeves, solve this, fix that” kind of attitude, who can contribute thought leadership, and drive large transformational change.



-    Serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant, lending structured analytical thinking and perspective to business leaders across the organization to drive operational excellence 
-    Provide thought leadership in the analysis and evaluation of current/new business operations and propose improvement strategies to optimize performance efficiencies and excellence
-    Present solutions and recommendations to executive leadership and influence decision-making to achieve business objectives
-    Build out operational analytics and intelligence, design and deliver dashboards and reports, and use Objectives and Key Results goal-setting frameworks (OKR) to support short- and long-term operational goals
-    Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
-    Drive project execution and transformational change within functions and across the organization
-    Manage overall projects, including the creation of business cases and roadmaps, and managing budgets, project schedules and stakeholders


-    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and an MBA is a plus
-    At least 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, consulting, or other complex problem-solving positions
-    Experience working in project-based, team-oriented environments, and experience working at a high-growth technology company is a plus
-    Strong analytical, critical thinking, business intelligence gathering, research, project management, and execution skills
-    Strong verbal and written communication skills
-    Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
