Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an exceptional Desktop Support Specialist to join our Corporate Technology Team.  The Corporate Technology Team is tasked with designing, deploying, and integrating technology to support the productivity, security, and growth of Arcesium’s global staff.  The Desktop Support Specialist will assist the team in supporting the company's transition to a next generation hybrid work platform built on top of a Zero Trust Network model. 


- Serve as a primary contact and provide first level user support for US and UK based users
- Deploy and support Arcesium desktops both virtual (Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktops) and physical (laptops and thin clients)
- Manage user accounts including basic Office365 troubleshooting (Exchange Online, SharePoint online)
- Facilitate Technology onboarding and training for new users
- Facilitate mobile device management using MS InTune
- Manage Zoom accounts including Zoom Phone and Conference Rooms
- Deploy and maintain IT equipment (monitors, docks, keyboards, etc.), as well as manage cloud-connected printers
- Create and maintain user facing documentation
- Identify technical processes and support tasks that can be transitioned to the team
- Analyze and identify areas for process improvement to develop further operational efficiencies
- Triage and analyze security alerts from security platforms and escalate to Infosec engineers when necessary 


- This individual must have 2+ years of experience in a technology support role while demonstrating excellent troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor's (BA or BS) in business, computer science, or related field preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy interacting with users to help them resolve technology issues
- Must have a strong understanding of computer hardware (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, etc)
- Experience in Windows desktop troubleshooting is required, while experience with MacOS is preferred
- Experience in managing Zoom accounts and Zoom enabled devices is desirable
- Experience with technologies such as Office365, ZScaler and Powershell is a plus


The expected annual base salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching. 


The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
