Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a talented Operations Strategy Manager to join our Corporate team and report directly to the COO. This person will enhance and build out the operations strategy for the firm. Focus areas will span across firm-wide goal setting, KPI measurement and communication, operational intelligence, special operational initiatives, and process assessment. 


- Building a deep understanding of the business’s key drivers, proactively proposing ways to increase business performance and efficiency
- Owning and driving the quarterly business review and annual long-term strategy processes leveraging the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting framework
- Establishing a KPI measurement and communication framework that allows for flexibility in a dynamic environment that supports short and long term company and operations goals & objectives 
- Building out operational intelligence using analytics to design and deliver dashboards and reports that identify critical KPIs per business unit
- Leading end to end project management and execution for some of the company’s most critical operational initiatives
- Working closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to perform operational and financial analysis that support various growth and operational initiatives and using data and analytics to convey a point of view
- Analyzing and identifying processes to consider scaling with an eye towards future growth
- Managing relationships and networks, presenting to senior leaders, and working day to day with various departments and SMEs


The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organizations with project-based, team-oriented environments. A mix of strategy, operational, and analytical experience is essential, either as a consultant or in a strategic operational role in the industry. They must possess a high level of critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity, as well as have strong project or program management skills. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience or strong interest working in a high growth, highly dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic achievement is required, and an MBA and industry knowledge are a plus.
