Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an exceptional Organization Development Intern to join our Human Capital team for the summer. The Human Capital (HC) team is responsible for managing people experience at Arcesium. The goal of our summer internship program is to give exposure to a wide range of current strategic projects. Both undergraduate and graduate students of all years are welcome and encouraged to apply. The intern will work with members of the HC team, as well as members of senior management. This role is remote eligible.

Responsibilities

- Research and implement transformational organization design projects and initiatives
- Analyze human capital trends and identify best practices
- Assist with implementation of on-going organization development projects
- Create strategic proposals that balance academic research with practical application
 

Qualifications

-The ideal candidate should be pursuing a major in organizational psychology, human resource management, or organizational development 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Agile and creative mindset and the ability to multi-task

The expected monthly salary for this position is $5,500. Our compensation package also includes a one-time housing stipend.
