Title:  Receptionist and Administrative Assistant (Temp to Perm)

Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an enthusiastic, resourceful, and detail-oriented Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our Administration team. This is a temp to perm role where you will be responsible for managing reception, providing administrative and facilities support, as well as providing executive assistant coverage.


- Manage reception, which includes welcoming clients and guests, answering phones, receiving mail and managing conference rooms
- Outlook Calendar management (booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, EA assistance etc.)
- Provide executive assistant coverage for one or more executives
- Assist with facilities management activities like registering guests and managing communication with the building 
- Manage catering orders, meal setup, clean up, and conference room management
- Provide event assistance for in-person and virtual events, with the opportunity to plan and manage events
- Liaise with both internal business units and external parties and vendors 
- Provide facilities support for office supply management, purchasing and ad hoc tasks
- Provide additional general administrative support


- A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to collaborate well with others, work independently, multi-task, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with a composed and self-assured presentation style
- Flexibility to take on any task, no matter how big or small
- A bachelor’s degree is required, as is proven mastery of Microsoft Outlook
