Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Capital team. This person will work closely with hiring managers to make hires throughout the organization, focusing primarily on corporate and financial operations roles. You will identify and engage exceptional talent and manage the entire recruiting lifecycle.


- Perform full life cycle recruiting including sourcing and qualifying candidates, reviewing resumes, managing the entire interview process, checking references, negotiating and formulating offers, and closing candidates 
- Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the role requirements and Arcesium’s brand, value and vision
- Build strong relationships across the firm, including with key cross-functional stakeholders 
- Develop effective strategies and channels for sourcing a diverse pool of candidates including performing targeted research, Boolean searches, talent mapping, networking, leveraging referrals, using tools such as LinkedIn and social media platforms, and hosting and attending events to generate a strong candidate pipeline
- Screen and qualify candidates, attracting them to Arcesium and the job opportunities, and providing them a first class experience throughout the recruiting process
- Track and maintain performance metrics to inform and direct searches 
- Leverage and manage relationships with our 3rd party vendors
- Lead and execute various new initiatives and ad-hoc projects


- At least 5 years of recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with prior experience either in-house or at a recruiting agency/search firm
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to exercise discretion and work independently
- Must have a proven track record of success, and domain knowledge and technical skills are a huge plus
- A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record is required.
