Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a highly motivated, industry leader to join our Client and Partner Development team as the Segment Head for Institutional Asset Managers (IAM). This individual will be integral in building and scaling our business serving Institutional Asset Managers, helping us prioritize strategic product development and go to market in the segment. The IAM Segment Head will stay on top of key trends in the segment, collaborate closely with our product leadership to shape our roadmap and strategy and work closely with our sales executives and commercial leadership to develop client opportunities.  

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Product team to develop product strategies for the segment 
- Work closely with the corporate strategy team and global management team to develop new commercial strategies, including organic, inorganic and partnership opportunities  
- Develop an in depth understanding of Arcesium’s business and capabilities and combining this with market expertise in order to define our position in the market and demonstrate value to potential clients
- Partner with the marketing organization to strengthen and position our brand in the IAM segment
- Develop new business in novel and proactive ways
- Participate in conferences and Arcesium sponsored marketing initiatives (some post-COVID travel will be required)
- Structure and negotiate complex deals that typically involve a mix of commercial product and custom configuration, often mapped against unique client requirements 

Qualifications

- The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of relevant experience with proven sales, product or business development experience at organizations that serve Institutional Asset Managers
- This person must come with a strong network and have developed or sold technology and/or managed services solutions into the segment
- They must be a proactive leader, highly analytical and strategic, with a demonstrated history of being taking initiatives from strategy to execution
- This individual must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and be passionate about working in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
