Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an experienced Technical Relationship Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team.  We are looking for you to be the face of our technology to our clients and represent our clients to our larger technology organization.  At Arcesium, a client-facing Technical Relationship Manager works at all levels of abstraction to ensure the success of our relationships with the most sophisticated financial institutions in the world.


- Spearhead mission-critical and highly visible projects for the firm
- Manage client relationships and communication with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Technical Relationship Manager will communicate with key decision makers persuasively about complicated financial and technical topics.
- Be the voice of our clients in product development and enable our clients to achieve their goals with the Arcesium platform. This includes providing client developer support, code samples, and technical explanations around API integrations.
- Define and track client-driven research and development
- Drive success for clients and Arcesium. This may mean reading logs, code, project plans, or strategic RFPs and giving a strategic and tactical response.


- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working either in-house at a buy side firm, or will have had experience providing technical solutions to such organizations 
- Knowledge and skills cutting across technology, the financial domain, project management and coordination, and client communication
- The ability to comfortably read and write code in multiple programming languages, as occasional hands-on coding is required.  Experience with Java, Python or C# is highly desirable.
- This individual must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience in a client-facing capacity
- This person must be able to learn quickly and be a strong problem solver
- Familiarity with cloud native solutions and data analysis techniques is a plus
